hehe, we learn about blood in animal physiology. yeah XD
i was worked in 4 experiments,

first about the structure
of the blood cell, we just observed it trough the microscope.
yeah from the book that i read said, the cells often stick together
in the stacks or rolls resembling a stack of coin or called rouleaux,
but u know.. i just found one rouleaux from a million of my blood cell @@;;

the second one, it's about the solution. when the fresh cells are
subjected to a hypertonic solution, they imbibe water, swell,
and burst! xD they hemolize ohhohoho, if placed in a hypotonic
medium, they lose water and shrink x(, producing a prickly or notched
apearance called cranation. hehe

third oh it's the platelets thing. LOL
yea we must measuring our blood coagulation
my blood was not enough, from the first cut with a pin
i did it, i suck my blood trough the pipe
then let it dry, and break it every 30 second,

but when the first break
i break the glasses and it cutted my fingers
it's damn pain but, i would have enough blood to obsereved
LOL

the last it's about sahlih method, for mesuring our
hemoglobin rofl yeah i made it well, and the result was
i have many hemoglobin in my blood hihi :D
